In order to investigate the effects of mycorrhizal fungi, plant growth-promoting bacteria and animal manure on yield and growth characteristics of damask rose, a factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design with four replications was performed in 2014 in Layzgan region of Darab city. The first factor was two levels of animal manure (0 and Two kg of per plant. The second factors was two levels of mycorrhizal fungi (without and with a mixture of three species of mycorrhizal fungi) and the third factor was four levels of plant growth-promoting bacteria (three strains of plant growth-promoting bacteria and no bacteria). The results showed that the effects of animal manure, inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi and inoculation with promoting bacteria had a significant (P < 0.01)) effect on growth characteristics and root colonization of damask rose. Pseudomonas fluorescens had a significant effect on all measured characteristics. Interaction effects of each three factors had the greatest influence on wet and dry weight of flower, height and width of plant, number of flowers pre plant and root colonization which respectively caused the increments of 91, 78.3, 57.3, 34.1, 77.2 and 32.7 percent to control.It was concluded that the simultaneous use of all factors had more positive effects on the improvement of measured characteristics. }, keywords = {“Bio-fertilizers”,“Damask rose”,“Layzangan”,“Organic fertilizers”}, title_fa = {اثرات قارچ میکوریزی، باکتری‌های محرک رشد و کود دامی بر عملکرد و برخی ویژگی‌های رشد گل محمدی (Rosa demascena) در منطقه لایزنگان استان فارس}, abstract_fa = {استفاده از گل محمدی در صنایع بهداشتی و دارویی، این محصول را به لحاظ اقتصادی به کالایی با ارزش تبدیل کرده است. به منظور بررسی اثرات قارچهای میکوریزی، باکتریهای محرک رشد و کود حیوانی بر عملکرد و ویژگیهای رشد گل محمدی، آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در سال 1393 در منطقه لایزنگان داراب به اجراء در آمد. عامل اول کود دامی در دو سطح: ا- شاهد (بدون استفاده از کود دامی) 2- دو کیلوگرم کود دامی به ازای هر بوته، عامل دوم استفاده از مایه تلقیح قارچ میکوریزی در دو سطح : 1- شاهد (بدون استفاده از قارچ میکوریزی) 2- استفاده از مخلوط سه گونه قارچ میکوریز آربسکولار و عامل سوم در چهار سطح شامل استفاده از سه سویه باکتری محرک رشد گیاه و یک تیمار بعنوان شاهد بود. نتایج نشان داد که اثرات هر سه عامل بر ویژگیهای رشد و کلنی سازی ریشه در سطح یک درصد معنیدار بود. استفاده از باکتری Pseudomonas fluorescens اختلاف معنیداری نسبت به عدم تلقیح با باکتری در همه ویژگیهای اندازهگیری شده داشت. برهمکنش هر سه عامل، بالاترین تأثیر معنیدار را بر صفات وزن تر گل، وزن خشک گل، ارتفاع بوته، عرض بوته، تعداد گل در بوته و کلنیسازی ریشه داشت و به ترتیب افزایشی به میزان 91، 3/78، 3/57، 1/34، 2/77 و 7/32 درصد در پاسخ‏های یاد شده نسبت به شاهد ایجاد کرد. در مجموع چنین نتیجهگیری شد که استفاده توأم از عوامل مذکور در بهبود صفات اندازهگیری شده تأثیر مثبت بیشتری داشته است.}, keywords_fa = {"کودهای آلی","کودهای زیستی","گل محمدی","لایزنگان"}, url = {https://sbj.areeo.ac.ir/article_118573.html}, eprint = {https://sbj.areeo.ac.ir/article_118573_65d90128ed72df48239eb5b0ec4849e0.pdf} }
